Working Holiday

What is the working holiday program?
It is a government initiative between the countries of Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. This program allows the youth of the respective countries to engage in part-time or full time work for up to 12 months to supplement their living expenses and travels funds while enjoying a vacation. This is a special program aimed at youth, and is not intended for short-term visitors or people coming to study. (There is a limit on age and length of stay for each country)

Business:
A non-profit association offering general information on working holiday as well and providing preliminary counseling and orientation services. In addition, it also provides free job referral services, accommodation information, home stay introductions, and opportunities for general counseling.

Business:
An NGO officially authorized by UNESCO. Its head office is located in New York, United States. Other activities include; organizing study abroad programs, international volunteer activities and business study tours. This organization was responsible for implementing the working holiday program (WAP - Canada). In addition, comprehensive support in provided in the form of information, a pre-departure orientation and continued assistance after arrival. (A registration fee applies)
