Foreign legations in Japan (foreign embassy or consulates) generally
have a section dealing with study abroad and education. This is a
good place to begin your search for information. (Some places also
provide a voice command consultation service)

Educational Commission) (Study in the U.S.) |
The commission
was established to promote mutual understanding between Japan
and the U.S. through the Fulbright Program. In addition to administering the Fulbright
Program, the Commission operates an Educational Information Service (EIS) providing
information on study and research opportunities in Japan and the U.S..
